Convert Router To Dual WAN:

• Flash Default Router Firmware:
  a. download firmware: mega.bin
  b. log into router. upgrade firmware
  c. do a hard reset. aka 30/30/30

• VLAN Configuration: login/pass = root/admin
  a. telnet into router using default 192.168.1.1 address
  b. paste contents of this file line by line into the command line.
  
  
• Enable USB Support: [Services Tab]
  a. format/partion thumb drive to ext2/3 file system
  b. plug usb thumb drive into the 610n
  c. click usb support under services. enable "usb core support"
  d. enable usb 1.1/2.0, storage, and auto drive mount
  e. select jffs2 for mount point, reboot.
  

• Install Router Scripts: [Services & Administration Tab]
  • Enable SSH & JFFS2
  a. under services, enable sshd, & password login. click save
  b. under managment, enable jffs2 & clean jffs2. click apply.
  c. followed by disable clean jffs2, then click save
  d. in the commands tab. paste contents of this file and click "save startup"
  e. same tab, paste contents of this text file and click "save firewall"
  
  • Start WINSCP
  a. run WinSCP included with the dual wan kit and log into router
  b. make a new folder called "scripts" in the "jffs" folder. should look like this
  c. transfer the scripts included with the kit into the "scripts" folder
  d. transfer the iptables file into the jffs folder using "binary" transfer method
  e. right click the jffs folder & select properties. copy this configuration & apply
  f. reboot, done.
